Why: To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the formation of Number 120 Squadron Royal Flying Corps, later Number 120 Squadron Royal Air Force, on 1st January 1918.

Who: All members of the CXX Sqn Association, their partners and guests are most welcome to attend.

When: Saturday 26th May 2018, as part of a wider programme of events to celebrate the Squadron’s centenary over the weekend.

Where: The Mansefield Hotel, Mayne Road, Elgin IV30 1NY.

How: Tickets can be ordered online or by speaking to any Committee Member and a range of payment options are available. As with our inaugural event, the fastest way to purchase tickets is online from this page. Instant payment by Credit or Debit card is possible through the website with no additional processing fee. Members may also indicate an intention to use an ‘offline’ payment method, in which case their order will be placed on hold until payment is received. Details of the Association’s Bank Account and instructions for payment via Direct Debit or Direct BACS Credit are shown during the checkout process.

How much: £75 per person.

Timings: Welcome drinks served from 6.30pm. Meal begins at 7.30pm.

Dress code: A traditional CXX interpretation of ‘black tie’, which includes dinner suits, RAF No 4 and No 5 home dress, miniature medals, CXX Sqn bow ties and cummerbunds, highland dress, kilts, and almost any combination of the above, cocktail dresses, evening dresses, ballgowns, you name it.

Format: Pre dinner drinks from 6.30pm, dinner at 7.30pm, post-dinner cèilidh with The Dandy Cèilidh Band approximately 9pm – 1am.
